冷态德士古气化炉流场与停留时间分布的研究   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
测定了德士古气化炉的冷态速度分布和停留时间分布。结果表明:德士古气化炉内在轴向2.5~3.0倍直径范围内存在回流,最大回流量为射流量的3.5倍左右;在平均停留时间之前,已有50%左右的物料逸出炉外。本文指出,德士古气化炉中存在的问题,如结渣、耐火砖寿命短、有效气体成分偏低均与炉内流场有关。  相似文献

CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3对Pt-Rh型三效催化剂性能的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用共沉淀法技术制备了Ce0.35Zr0.55Y0.10固溶体,并对其进行了比表面积、储氧量的测试和XRD的表征.将其用于低贵金属Pt-Rh型三效催化剂的制备,考察了CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3对三效催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,Ce0.35Zr0.55Y0.10具有与Ce0.50Zr0.50O2相似的立方结构和相近的储氧量,经高温(1000 ℃)后仍能保持较大的比表面积(38.66 m2·g-1).和含Ce0.50Zr0.50O2的三效催化剂相比,含CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3的三效催化剂经高温老化后,C3H8,CO,NO仍具有较高的转化率和较低的起燃温度.  相似文献

The gas-phase photocatalytic oxidation of aniline on a new kind of porous nano-TiO2 composite films is investigated. The composite film was prepared on glass fiber with the water glass as binders and dilute H2SO4 solution as solidifying reagent. The surface characters were observed by scanning electron microscope. The photocatalytic degradation of aniline on the composite films was carried out in a TiO2/UV system. Some important factors affecting the photodegradation, such as the concentration of TiO2, the initial concentration of aniline, and the existing water vapor, are also studied. The product of photocatalytic oxidation was detected by Fourier transform-Infrared. The partial intermediate products were absorbed on TiO2 surface, which resulted in catalyst deactivation. But when it was irradiated under UV illumination or solar irradiation for some time, the catalyst could be reused without loss of catalytic activity. The interfacial dilational viscoelastic properties of hydrophobically associating block copolymer composed of acrylamide (AM) and a low amount of 2-phenoxylethyl acrylate (POEA) (<1.0 mol%) at the octane-water interfaces were studied by means of the interfacial tension relaxation method. The dependencies of interfacial dilational elasticity and viscous component on the dilational frequency were investigated. The interaction of hydrophobically associating block copolymer [P(AM/POEA)] with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) has been explored. The results show that at lower frequency, the dilational elasticity for different concentration copolymer is close to zero; at higher frequency, the dilational elasticity shows no change with increased frequency; At moderate frequency (10(-3)-1 Hz), the dilational elasticity decreased with a decrease in the dilational frequency. The results show that the hydrophobic groups of [P(AM/POEA)] chains can be associated by inter- or intrachain liaisons in water solution. The dilational viscous component for P(AM/POEA) comes forth a different maximum value at different frequencies when the polymer concentration is different. It is generally believed that the dilational viscous component reflects the summation of the various microscopic relaxation processes at and near the interface and different relaxation processes have different characteristic frequencies. The spectrum of dilational viscous component may appear more than once maximum values at different frequencies. The influence of SDS on the limiting dilational elasticity and viscous component for polymer solution was elucidated. For 5000 ppm polymer solution, the limiting dilational elasticity decreased with an increase in SDS concentration. The dilational viscous component passed through a maximum value with a rise in the dilational frequency, which appeared at different frequency when SDS concentration is different; and the higher is the concentration, the lower is the dilational frequency. It can be explained that macromolecules may be substituted by SDS molecules in the interface and the interaction of molecules decrease, which makes the limiting dilational elasticity decrease. For 200 ppm polymer solution, the limiting dilational elasticity increased firstly and then decreased with SDS concentration increasing. This may be explained that the interfacial polymer concentration is so low that SDS molecules absorbed in the interface dominate dilational properties of the interfacial film even at very low SDS concentration. However, SDS molecules can gradually substitute the polymer molecules in the interface with a rise in SDS concentration, which results in the decrease in the limiting dilational elasticity.  相似文献

A novel compound Ba2ZnV2O8 has been synthesized in high temperature solution reaction and its crystal structure has been characterized by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic system and belongs to space group P21/c with a=7.9050(16), b=16.149(3), , β=90.49(3). It builds up from 1-D branchy chains of [ZnV2O84−], and the Ba2+ cations are located in the space among these chains. The IR spectrum, ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection integral spectrum and fluorescent spectra of this compound have been investigated. The calculated results of energy band structure by the density functional theory method show that the solid-state compound of Ba2ZnV2O8 is an insulator with direct band gap of 3.48 eV. The calculated total and partial density of states indicate that the top valence bands are contributions from the mixings of O-2p, V-3d, and Zn-3d states and low conduction bands mostly originate from unoccupied antibonding states between the V-3d and O-2p states. The V-O bonds are mostly covalence characters and Zn-O bonds are mostly ionic interactions, and the ionic interaction strength is stronger between the Ba-O than between the Zn-O. The refractive index of nx, ny, and nz is estimated to be 1.7453, 1.7469, and 1.7126, respectively, at wavelength of 1060 nm for Ba2ZnV2O8 crystal.  相似文献

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with chemometric resolution upon two-dimensional data was proposed as a method for the analysis of volatile components in a traditional Chinese medicinal preparation peptic powder which contains Rhizoma Atractylodis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and Radix Glycyrrhizae. Ninety-three components were separated and 65 of them were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed which represented about 90.28% of the total content. With the help of chemometric resolution, the data were resolved into a pure chromatogram and a mass spectrum of each chemical component. The accuracy of qualitative and quantitative results was greatly improved by using the two-dimensional comprehensive information of chromatograms and mass spectra. The example showed that chemometric resolution could greatly enhance separation ability. This makes it possible to analyze complicated practical systems like traditional Chinese medicinal preparations with the help of coupled instruments and chemometric resolution methods.  相似文献

Due to narrowband emission and high quantum efficiencies, polycyclic aromatic heterocycles with multi-resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence (MR-TADF) properties have recently gained considerable attention in the organic optoelectronic field. Albeit their great promise in the full visible region covering from blue to red, MR-TADF emitters with ultraviolet emission have been rarely reported. Through locking the two ortho-positions of a triphenylamine core by sulfone groups, a simple polycyclic aromatic heterocycle, BTPT, was facilely constructed, exhibiting 368 nm ultraviolet emission with a narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 33 nm. Its neat film exhibited distinct TADF property with a main emission peak at 388 nm. Noteworthily, the enantiomeric crystals of BTPT not only demonstrated significant circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) with large luminescence dissymmetry factor in the 10?3 order but also displayed obvious room temperature phosphorescence (RTP). The relationship between this innovative helical unit and unique photophysical properties, including ultraviolet MRTADF, CPL, and RTP, was reasonably revealed.
